Design and development of PLC-based control systems for machines for producing corrugated pipes. Programming of PLC and HMI systems, mainly using Siemens TIA Portal (S7 series) and Lenze automation components. Development and optimization of motion controls, servo drives and communication protocols (e.g. PROFINET, Modbus, EtherCAT). Planning and implementation of electrical circuit diagrams and circuits for control cabinets. performing system tests, error analyses (debugging) and validations of the control software. Participation in test runs and commissioning of the machines at our international customers on site. Technical support and troubleshooting during installation and operation. Close cooperation with designers to ensure smooth system integration. Creation of technical documentation, manuals and user manuals for the developed control systems
Complete studies as a Diplom-Ingenieur or Bachelor/Master in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable discipline. At least three years of professional experience in industrial automation and PLC programming Knowledge gained in handling Siemens SPS systems (TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC, S7-1200/S7-1500 series).
