As part of our further growth, we build a new installation department. As a technical coordinator/team manager (m/w/d), you take on a key role in building this business and actively shape structures, processes and a separate assembly team from the start.

Professional and disciplined leadership of a assembly team of 2 employees

Planning, coordination and control of installation projects

Capacity, deployment and holiday planning

Technical coordination with customers and internal interfaces (distribution, service, production)

Creation of installation plans, material lists and time calculations

Technical support and troubleshooting in complex projects

Construction and development of standardized installation processes

Ensuring quality, safety and compliance

Implementation of acceptances and quality controls

If necessary, operational cooperation in demanding installations

Technical qualification as master, technician or comparable

Multiannual experience in the installation of technical equipment

Management experience in the assembly or project environment

Very good technical understanding (plant engineering, pipeline construction)

Organisational strength, enforcement capacity and structured functioning

Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-initiative

High readiness for nationwide deployments (partly multi-day)

driving licence class B

experience in handling technical drawings; CAD knowledge to support project planning
