Around 240 employees are keen to identify new perspectives for people with substance-related problems and their relatives. You can find us at 15 locations throughout Berlin. We offer help-seekers advice, therapy, support in substitution, housing, assistance for families, low-swelling assistance and measures for integration and employment. vista is an innovative and large carrier. At our locations we are looking for dedicated support – also professional beginners and experienced professionals without professional experience in the field of work.

You want to help people in difficult situations of life? Then you are right with us! We are looking for dedicated people who want to provide security and medical care in a drug use room – even without prior knowledge. We will qualify you for an image-in-specific measure to the rescuer*in and make you fit for this responsible task.

These are your tasks after training: Monitoring and supervision of clients in a protected framework Emergency medical care Ensuring a hygienic and safe environment Cooperation with social workers and other professionals to provide comprehensive assistance Documentation of applications and regular care of medical equipment

What you should bring: Empathy and respect: You have understanding for people in difficult situations of life. Team spirit and commitment: You like to work in the team and start packing. Readiness to learn: You are ready to complete the training as a rescue agent. Loadability: Even in challenging situations, you keep a cool head. Acceptance: You bring an accepting and unresolved basic attitude

We offer you: Training included: We take over the costs and organization of your qualification as a rescue agent. The training takes about 16 weeks. • Safe workplace: After successful training, we give you the opportunity to apply the contents of training practically in everyday work. • Sensual activity: You make a valuable contribution in a protected space for people who urgently need your support. • Team and posture: Work in a dedicated team with an accepting attitude. • Further development: Use internal training and training to develop yourself professionally and personally.

Our promise to you: You get a salary during your training phase. After successful completion, your salary increases to a gross annual salary of 36,000 to 41,000 euros, at a full-time job. The exact value is determined from your individual experience
