• You develop a target-group-specific communication and campaign strategy for Defence and NATO and guide them from our corporate and marketing strategy
• You plan, tax and evaluate integrated marketing and communication campaigns and take responsibility for the respective budgets
• You prepare complex technical solutions and their USPs in a comprehensible and targeted manner and develop convincing communications
• You control the creation of a wide range of communication content, from specialist articles and white papers to social media and website content to sales documents and trade fair appearances
• You plan the communicative pre- and post-processing of trade fairs and special events and continuously develop our presence in the defence environment
• You are looking for contacts with relevant specialist media, associations and multipliers and continue to build our network in the defence environment
• Together with sales and product management, you develop appropriate communication measures based on market requirements, procurement logics and the competitive situation
• You select external agencies and service providers, brief them and tax cooperation in implementing your projects
• You make sure that our communication in German and English is targeted, consistent and effective
• You will test the market, competition and current trends, make recommendations for action and report regularly on the impact of your actions
• Together with the Campaign Managers for KRITIS and Authorities, you are planning a consistent overall appearance of genoa

That's what you bring

• A completed degree in marketing, communication, media, economy or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in marketing or corporate communication - ideally in the B2G environment, in the defence industry or in the IT security environment
• Experience in the development, control and implementation of integrated marketing and communication campaigns
• A good technical understanding and the ability to prepare complex and expounding content according to target groups
• Experience in the communication of safety-relevant topics and responsible and discreet handling of confidential information
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and knowledge of English in word and writing; other foreign languages, in particular French, are a plus
• Safe handling of digital marketing instruments; Experience with AI-based tools is beneficial
• Communication strength, enforcement ability and a sovereign occurrence against internal and external stakeholders
• The willingness to occasional national and international missions
• A pronounced safety-oriented operation
