Number: MER0003OPA Are you looking for an internship that not only offers you exciting tasks, but also real responsibility? You want to participate in projects that are really moving something internally at Mercedes-Benz – directly at the interface between IT, marketing, communication and management? Then we have the right thing for you. In your internship, you are part of the Executive Assistant Team for the 'IT Marketing & Sales Delivery Unit Sales Systems' section, which means that close cooperation with management, direct insights into strategic topics and a high degree of self-responsibility. You will become part of an international, motivated team and support the strategic and operational implementation of cross-departmental projects and internal & external communication measures – with plenty of space for your own ideas, quick decision-making and exciting impressions on the global network of Mercedes-Benz. These challenges include: Support in developing and implementing targeted communication concepts for internal target groups Independent organization and support of events, workshops and project formats virtually and locally Editorial activities: Creating and publishing blog posts, newsletters and content for our internal community Project Management: Planning, coordination and tracking of project tasks, evaluation of KPIs and reporting support Change management, agile working methods and organisational development at international level Creation of presentations, briefings and decision documents for top management Close cooperation with internal interfaces, in particular the cross-departmental editorial team and active representation of the area interests The mandatory or combination internship can begin from 1 September 2025.

You are a student in the field of economic, IT, communications, media, economics or a comparable degree programme You are interested in communication, digitalization and project work as well as first experience in these areas You work proactively in project planning and are able to contribute your own ideas You work independently, organized, carefully and with a clear look for the essentials You are creative, reliable and also performs sovereignly in direct exchange with executives You can speak German and English safely in word and writing Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
