In-house lawyer / legal counsel employment law HR - Germany-wide (m/f/d)

You ensure the legal ability of one of the leading energy park developers in Germany - and actively shape how we are set up as an employer. As a Legal Counsel Labour Law / HR, you are the central legal entity for all labour and social insurance issues of the UKA Group - internally, independently and at the same level with executives and top management. Advise the entire group of companies independently in employment and social insurance issues - from individual case advice to strategic classification Support executives, HR and top management with clear action recommendations and decision-ready templates - direct, precise and without legal detours Develop, update and harmonise HR policies and policies, taking into account current legal and personal policy developments Establish and secure the quality of contract templates for the HR contract management of the entire group of companies Accompanying external process management in internal court proceedings School Internal interfaces and executives in labour law issues as well as relevant HR regulations Involve in strategic and operational HR projects - to ensure legal certainty and feasibility Work international labour law issues and support the foreign sites (including the USA, Spain, Poland, Chile, Finland, Italy) on country-specific issues actively shape the legally secure use of AI in HR-Use-Cases - in close coordination with compliance and data protection

You have very good, up-to-date knowledge of labour and social security law - through a successfully completed legal study (1st and 2nd state exams) with a focus on labour law You bring practical experience in the application of labour, wage tax, social security and pension law - ideally from a worker-oriented firm or an in-house position You have generalistic knowledge of HR-Life-Cycle and central HR processes You translate complex legal issues into clear, addressable and legally secure recommendations - also for non-Jurists You have a basic understanding of international labour law constellations and the willingness to work in country-specific issues of our foreign sites (including the USA, Spain, Poland, Chile, Finland, Italy) You bring knowledge about new regulatory topics in the HR environment, in particular on AI (EU AI Act), governance, and the interfaces on compliance and data protection in the legally safe use of AI in HR processes You work structured, reliable and self-responsible - and keeps track of parallel topics
