Specialist for textile and sewing technology (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a specialist for textile and sewing technology (m/w/x) for our new site in Kamen. Be part of the site building, introduce your know-how and present the quality and processing standards from the outset. The position is limited for two years. Your tasks Quality assurance in the logistics process: You are responsible for quality control over all process steps - from receipt of goods to return. Textile and clothing testing: You carry out quality checks according to fixed standards and document them. Staff training & quality culture: You train employees in quality standards and test methods and thus strengthen the quality competence at the site. System and process optimization: You develop our QM systems and testing processes and introduce new impulses for efficient processes. Communication & Coordination: You are the central contact person for internal areas and external partners in all quality topics.

Your profile Experience & expertise: Multiannual experience in quality control, ideally in the textile/clothing industry, as well as sound knowledge in materials, processing and testing methods. Training competence: experience in the training of employees and the comprehensible placement of quality content. Communication & Software Skills: Secure English skills and routined handling of MS Office and ideally ERP/QM systems. Personality: Structured, precise, solution-oriented, team-ready and customer-oriented.
