The core of your activity is the complete processing of dental services with the contents of dental treatment and dental prosthesis as well as orthodontics in the form of invoices as well as medical and cost plans. You perform professional and solution-oriented inbound and outbound telephony. You are responsible for the service-oriented written processing of requests from customers and third parties with standardized and individual correspondence. The assessment of dental questions and backgrounds as part of the pre-contractuality check is also one of your tasks. You shape processes within the team and implement them. Last but not least, you will participate in the design and development of further performance management topics.

You have a successful completion of your vocational training as a merchantwife for insurance and finance or comparable or alternatively a training as a dental specialist with a focus on fee law. Ideally, you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in private health insurance. Dental knowledge as well as legal knowledge (GOZ) and knowledge in dealing with billing regulations of dentists complete your profile.
