With your negotiation skills and your sense of market, prices and partnership, you contribute to the success of our nationwide construction projects. Call and procurement: You take on your own the invitation to tender for post-contractor services, set up performance lists for individual companies and forget the orders based on commercial and technical specifications Negotiations: You conduct negotiations with after-contractors in close coordination with the project management and the farmer Networking: You actively build a strategic supplier network Data management: Keeping internal databases and purchasing tools up-to-date Support of the team: You bring your expertise in costing and sales and thus contribute to the overall success of the company

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, business management or completed training as a (construction) technician or master (m/w/d) You have practical experience in technical purchasing or construction, ideally in turnkey construction You have good knowledge of the contracting and contracting regulations for construction services (VOB) and contracting You are safe in handling MS Office applications and are interested in tendering programs You draw your attention through a high self-initiative, enforcement strength and negotiation skills
