We work closely and interdisciplinaryly to make digital and sustainable financial facilities accessible to a wide range of customers as investment opportunities. In the 18 months, you will be fit for your future in Sustainable Finance. A personal mentor accompanies you professionally and personally and we invest in your training. As we train for our own needs, our goal is to take you firmly after the trainee.

In this task, you will: the selection of suitable projects with regard to their economic viability and social-ecological compliance support of selected projects through all phases of project management (e.g. support in due diligence, creation of investment expenses and preparation for financing campaigns) communication and negotiation with business partners the further development and digitization of our testing processes to make our workflows even more sustainable

This is ideally brought with you: first practical experience (e.g. internship) in the banking or financial environment completed studies with focus on BWL / Finance / Sustainability strong numerical affinity: you like to dive deep into balance sheets and know that the most sustainable project must also be economically viable (“Purpose meets Profit”) Interest in financial topics and AI & an independent cooperative working method Food centre in the Ruhr area for a regular presence in the Bochum office
