Development of innovative solutions for MPS and vegetarian and vegan product alternatives Product and application development, formulation of functional food compounds (phosphates, proteins, hydrocoloides, focus on texture and stability and sensory properties) formulation of durability improvement compounds, planning and implementation of durability studies Project management of development projects Documentation of process steps, production processes and formulations Professional exchange with our global R&D locations Technical support for our customers Close cooperation with sales, marketing, production, purchasing and quality assurance Marketing support through product innovations and information material Workshops at home and on site at the customer Introduction of new production processes for customers

Training in the food industry, as technologists or developers Complete study as a food technician or engineer (Food Science / Technology), focus on meat processing (or comparable) Including experience in meat and seafood processing (development and/or application) or in the convenience industry Technical and application knowledge of food additives, food ingredients and food processing English and German language skills in word and writing Joy in working and dealing with customers, the development of products and their technical production Self-employed work, creativity, solution orientation, enforcing ability and strong communication skills Take responsibility for the proper implementation of projects Team skills: ability to lead projects and discuss results in an intercultural team Ready to travel (approx. 20%)
