Do you want to actively shape leadership experiences and develop communication formats that inspire and network executives? You understand yourself as a savings partner: in change processes and have a systematic way of thinking combined with communication strength? We will then give you a wide range of opportunities: from the conception and implementation of company-wide leadership formats to the strategic accompaniment of change processes to participation in the diversity-&-inclusion team – your impulses are in demand. Design and manage the leadership experience and leadership communication – including the development and implementation of formats such as regular leadership calls and the company-wide leadership meeting (organised and content) Advise and accompany the departments as savings partners:in change processes as well as design and implement effective communication strategies and formats Record and analyze feedback, needs and impulses for developing and developing concepts for improving existing formats Participation in strategy reporting: Accompanying the semi-annual reporting process and developing existing structures Build and maintain networks with executives and relevant stakeholders Participation in the internal diversity-&-inclusion-core team and support the diversity Ambassador network

Successfully completed studies of BWL, psychology, pedagogy or a comparable discipline, corresponding additional training/systemic training of advantage At least 3 years of professional experience in the HR environment and/or organisational development Very good knowledge of global personnel development processes and instruments Flowing German and English skills and intercultural competence readiness for occasional travel to our international locations Excellent communication and team skills, high consulting skills and sovereignty Analytical and strategic thinking and a structured, targeted way of working with project management skills Experience with change management methods and tools as well as experience in cultural transformation incl. the implementation of communication formats and the planning of workshops
