You take the order intake as well as complete order processing for national and international customers from the wholesale electrical trade. Telephonely, you advise our customers competently on commercial and technological issues. Your area of responsibility also includes the creation and follow-up of offers and the examination of prices, conditions and delivery dates. In your cutting point function, you coordinate and implement customer-specific special topics in close coordination with the internal specialist departments. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining the master data of your customer base in SAP S/4HANA and actively participate in the optimization of processes. Close cooperation and a steady exchange with colleagues in the field of external services complete your diverse range of tasks.

A successfully completed technical training as well as multiannual one-time professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing company, form the basis of your professional know-how. You bring good knowledge in the current MS Office programs as well as in SAP S/4HANA. In addition, you have experience in the support of large customers from the wholesale electrical trade. You are characterized by a specific and dedicated way of working and a pronounced team and communication strength. In addition, you will be able to achieve a high degree of implementation and problem solving. Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
