The Controlling area currently consists of one person. Due to increasing diversity and complexity of the tasks, the area is to be increased to two persons, with the previous person taking over the team management and reporting directly to the commercial manager. A special focus should be on a future-oriented control function of the controlling.

We are looking for an employee*in Controlling / Risk Management (w/m/d) at the next time possible. REQUIREMENTS Participation in the preparation of quarterly reports, economic plans and annual accounts

Building and Establishing Controlling Policy and Operational and Strategic Controlling Instruments

Identification, collection and processing of control-relevant factors and information in controlling

Development of key figures and reporting systems

Conducting ad-hoc analyses, evaluations and deviation analyses

Further development of risk management and coordination of the regular process

Analytical and Business Sparring Partner for all areas of the Group

PROFIL Complete business studies with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification

First experiences in controlling are desirable

Affinity for numbers, large amounts of data and analytical thinking

Ability to understand complex facts

Very good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel readiness to act independently

Advantageous knowledge of the energy industry and knowledge of sluices and Kosy
