Team Leader, Structural Engineering - Specializing in Hydraulic Engineering (m/f/d)

Strategy & Responsibility: Development and implementation of strategic orientation, budgetary responsibility and continuous reporting Customers & Markt: Expansion of existing customer relationships, identification of new business areas and market potentials Quality & Processes: Ensuring high quality and developing processes for quality assurance and efficiency enhancement Team & Development: Discipline and professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team, promotion of talents and participative cooperation Leadership: Management and further development of the Department of Structural Engineering with focus on water construction projects as well as construction mines, special construction, engineering deep construction, foundations etc. Project control: Coordination of HOAI performance phases 1-6 in the field of statics and construction Detection & Construction: Responsibility for the creation of testable static calculations and constructive solutions

Graduate degree in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing. / M.Sc.) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in structural design and ideally experience in structural engineering Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, procurement and contract law of advantage Leadership experience with strong communication strength, empathy and joy of decision German language skills (min.
