As an employee in our technical service (w/m/d), you support the customers of the Leica Biosystems and the service team in all forms of service requests. This position is part of our technical interior service at our Nussloch site and offers the possibility of a hybrid workplace model.

Coordination and prioritization of customer requests via telephone and email for service. Provision of advice and support for technicians in field services by telephone and e-mail related to administration, data processing and tracking to ensure a high quality service Coordination and agreement of maintenance appointments for customers with service/maintenance contracts Coordination of installations on site with the customer Coordination of workshop orders, provision of demo or loan equipment as agreed Ordering and monitoring the delivery of (replacement) parts for the equipment of service technicians Creating cost proposals for non-contractual customers and obtaining the customer order

Completion of a commercial or technical training with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of customer support / deployment planning (Dispatcher/Forwarder) Good knowledge of English (you will regularly get in touch with our foreign production facilities). Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP would be beneficial
