Digitalization & AI-based transformation: further development and implementation of our digitalization strategy, identification of potentials for the use of AI and automation, close cooperation with the departments for digital optimization of business processes, selection and introduction of new digital technologies. Interface between IT & Business: Advice and support for the areas of digital challenges, translation of business requirements into technical solutions, promotion of innovative and technology-free corporate culture, control of change processes and support for employees in digital change. IT Management: Responsibility for the entire IT&OT landscape, cooperation with external IT service providers and partners, monitoring and optimization of IT processes. Proactive development and discussion of innovative IT ideas: Close cooperation with the Head of Digitalization to further develop the IT strategy, conception of IT training and support for employees: in the expansion of their digital know-how, management and further development of the IT/OT operation team to ensure smooth operation of IT/OT infrastructure, planning, implementation and optimization of IT/OT processes and systems to support companies.
