Team Leader Removal - MFA / Operator / Nurse (m/f/d)

Team management & development: You are responsible for the leadership, further development and motivation of your team as well as for the implementation of employee and assessment talks. Extraction: You are responsible for the apheresis for the production of platelet concentrates. You can also check and process the prepared preparations. Donor care: You coordinate the entire process and take care of the donors – from the appointment agreement, the collection, until the snack afterwards. Personnel management: You participate in the selection of staff, are involved in the incorporation of new employees, enroll and tax the schedule as well as working hours, breaks and material use. Communication: You can proactively manage conflicts, find solutions and provide a smooth flow of information within your team and with relevant points. Quality & equipment management: You perform validations and qualifications of medical devices and software and document them. You also manage the device and software documentation. Software management: You manage the TOMEs software for cell separators, tune with the institute management as well as the medical professionals to ensure a smooth run. Projects: You participate in working groups, project groups and bodies and assist in further technical developments and in the optimization of processes.

Completed vocational training: Medical/specialist staff (MFA), ex. Health and nursing staff /-in (m/w/d) or comparable training. Ideally also leadership experience and an additional qualification as an instructor. Funded medical knowledge: Safe handling of medical processes and understanding of internal processes and legal and organizational requirements. Computer knowledge: familiarity with relevant software solutions and digital documentation systems. Language competence: German fluent in word and writing for precise communication and documentation. Quality and hygiene standards: ability to implement regulatory requirements. Technical understanding: For medical devices – operation and maintenance of specific devices in removal.
