Employee in Internal Sales Nuclear Metrology (m/f/d)

Supply and order processing • Creation, tracking and management of offers in close coordination with management and external services • Order collection and processing from order to delivery Customer Care & Communication • First contact point for customer requests by phone and e-mail (mainly in English) • First technical information on our products and forwarding complex enquiries to development • Care and development of existing and new customer relationships from the internal service • Supporting international sales partners with documents, prices and product information Sales organization and data management • Maintenance of customer and offer data as well as the sales pipeline in the CRM • Preparation of evaluations and regular reporting to management • Organizing pre- and post-processing of trade fairs and conferences (including IAEA symposiums, annual nuclear technology) incl. Tracking of trade fair contacts • Participation in the creation of marketing documents and application sheets Interface function • Close cooperation with external services, development, production and shipping • Support for external services in the preparation of customer appointments and product presentations

Technical background • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. industrial merchant, technical/commercial) or comparable qualification • First professional experience in the sales service, in order processing or customer support – ideally in the technical B2B environment • technical understanding or interest in products in need of declaration; Basic knowledge of measurement, nuclear or electrical engineering is advantageous, but no prerequisite Expertise and Methodology • Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems of advantage • Knowledge of export and shipping is a plus • Structured, careful and independent operation Personal profile • Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing (customer language is predominantly English) • Embossed organizational talent and communication strength • Teamability, reliability and joy at customer contact • Occasionally readiness to travel (e.g. fairs) – however, the focus is clearly in the interior service
