You accompany the entire Employee Life Cycle from the recruitment to the exit and stand as a trusted contact person to the Work Law & Works Council page: You support work law and organizational issues and work constructively with the Works Council together with personnel and succession planning: You drive the talent management process ahead and drive for a forward-looking development of our employees change management: you actively support change processes and support leaders in the successful implementation of innovation drivers: you work in HR projects and design innovative HR tools together with interdisciplinary teams

This brings you with your power: you are using stubbornly and diplomatically for your themes and represent them confidently to different stakeholders your strengths: You have a customer-centred mindset, work structured, but you can also find pragmatic solutions if necessary your background: You have a degree in the field of human resources, BWL, economic law, economic psychology or the like, and experience in the HR field with your knowledge: You are fit in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), you know with SAP and have secure English skills
