Support and maintenance of data transmission systems in Germany. Control of projects for the selection, introduction and testing of new technologies and components. Installation, maintenance and testing of technical equipment and control units. Technical documentation and inventory documentation. After incorporation in the standby service.

They have completed technical training, ideally as a technician or master (m/w/d), and bring practical experience in the fields of electrical engineering, data transmission or communication technology. Your technical understanding and IT affinity are reflected in your knowledge of network technologies such as Ethernet, Voice over IP and VLAN. You are also familiar with IT management systems, documentation software, remote maintenance tools, authentication solutions and virtual machines (VMware). You have experience in managing projects and cooperating with external partners. You will be distinguished by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. The handling of fiber technology is familiar to you, and knowledge in TDM (e.g. E1), WDM and long-distance traffic networks are advantageous. Class B licence and 60 % readiness to travel within Germany (except Bavaria).
