Quality Manager Network Expansion (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a quality manager for network expansion (m/w/d), who successfully accompanies our customer projects with quality awareness, technical understanding and a view to detail.

Ensuring and further developing process-oriented quality management processes in onshore network expansion projects Creation and maintenance of area manuals, process instructions, QS checklists and QM documentation Planning, monitoring and documentation of Quality Gates during the project Development, implementation and continuous optimization of project-specific processes and quality standards Creating regular quality and process reporting for the project team Support in the planning, preparation and implementation of internal and external audits Organization and moderation of Lessons-Learned workshops on sustainable process improvement Close cooperation with project management and other project participants to ensure efficient and standardized project processes Support in compliance with relevant quality, safety and safety requirements Application of MS Office, SharePoint and Power BI for documentation, reporting and project communication

Complete study of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in quality and/or process management, ideally in the context of infrastructure, energy, network or construction projects Experience in the development, documentation and optimization of processes Knowledge of process management methods and standards, for example BPMN or Six Sigma Knowledge of relevant quality management standards, in particular ISO 9001, of advantage Safe handling of MS Office and SharePoint, knowledge in Power BI desirable Structured and process-oriented operation as well as pronounced communication and moderation capability Driving licence class B and willingness to project-related missions Very good knowledge of German and English (at least on B1 level)
