Your duties Coordination of maintenance and maintenance measures on machinery and equipment Staff planning of the team of about 25-30 employees Monitoring and control of technical documentation Ensuring plant availability through predictive preventive maintenance Coordination of internal resources and external partners Analysis of weaknesses and development of solutions Monitoring budget requirements and cost developments Support for technical optimization projects

Complete technical training with further training to technicians or masters, as an alternative study in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, etc. Professional experience in industrial maintenance, ideal in the production environment Versified handling of maintenance software (e.g. SAP PM, Infor, Maximo) and MS Office Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed technical understanding and communication and team skills Ideal knowledge of Lean Maintenance
