We employ more than 2,400 employees throughout Germany and are represented at more than 170 locations. Pneuhage Reifendienst Südwest GmbH is part of our group of companies and convinces at 17 locations as a brand-independent specialist for tyres and motor vehicle services. We are looking for a 24-month development programme for the Oberschwaben/Allgäu region

As part of the development program, you will learn the dynamic and diverse world of tyre retailing as well as our company, our culture and passion for our products and services from the Pike. In doing so, you actively shape your training program and influence your later development at Pneuhage. The aim of the program is to take over a leadership position (e.g., in-service management) in our branches or to strike a specialist runway (e.g. product consulting) in our sales areas. The practical part of the training takes place at our locations in Ostrach, Ravensburg, Bad Saulgau, Kempten, Ulm, Aalen, Laupheim and Memmingen. During this time you will get to know our product and service spectrum and work in the sale of consulting-intensive products. After a short time, you will take over projects independently and will be accompanied during the takeover of leadership tasks. With targeted training, you will be intensively and individually supported in your professional and personal development.
