560 accommodation units in Mainz and Ginsheim-Gustavsburg Link between tenants on site and specialist departments in the company and active participation in the implementation of quarterly development objectives Comprehensive tenants, including the maintenance of renter hours and the execution of housing visits with renting interests, housing advances, final acceptances and transfers, if required Compensation of damages as well as contracting, monitoring and performance Ensuring the perfect overall condition of the housing and the implementation of the road safety requirements and participation in the safety of the housing Close cooperation with commercial and technical real estate managers, particularly in the context of quarter work, as well as cooperation in the preparation of annual maintenance and modernisation planning Support for project-related topics in other GWH stocks in the region
