HR Systems Specialist (m/w/d) – Focus on Workday You love taking on operational personnel, but want to be more than just managing? Come to our central staff team, take responsibility and shape our HR processes with us.

As a HR Systems Specialist, you are fully engaged in our HR system landscape with a focus on Workday. You act as an interface between HR, IT, external service providers and software providers. In addition to system configuration and coordination of technical changes, you will bring a deep understanding of HR processes and their digital imaging with

holistic support of Workday including process configurations, Security settings, coordination of updates and tests Supporting further HR systems such as payroll accounting or time management Ensuring smooth operation including monitoring and troubleshooting Responsibility for technical interfaces to adjacent systems (e.g. SwissGRC, entraID) Coordination with internal IT managers and external providers Testing, documenting and releasing system changes Working with HR Business Partners for Process Optimization Advice on new functionalities or system introductions Rollout and Change Management support Basic technical understanding of interface processes Maintenance of system documentation and authorization concepts Creation of reports and dashboards

Completed commercial or information technology training or study with a focus on personnel management or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in application care, ideally HR systems Secure knowledge in MS Office and ideally experience with HR systems such as Workday. Structured operation, team capacity and communication strength.
