Your main task is the technical and disciplinary management of 6 road guard teams, with a total of 130 employees, in North Rhine South with direct reporting to the regional management. They are responsible for the productivity and performance standards, taking into account cost efficiency and service quality. With pleasure you take over the capacity and cost planning and control it. As part of your activity, you are responsible for the necessary, efficient management of personnel use. The collection and evaluation of work results of the street guard teams is your job as well as regular meeting of work results. To do this, you regularly exchange with the team leaders (w/m/d) and initiate necessary appropriate measures. You are responsible for contacting contractors and authorities as well as the independent processing of the required correspondence.

They have a successfully completed training for the (Kfz) engineer, (Kfz) engineer, (Kfz) master or farmer (w/m/d) with corresponding professional and managerial experience. Target-oriented, business-economic thinking and acting as well as a pronounced quality/and result orientation is one of your strengths. We require an above-average communicative competence, readiness to use, team capacity and enforcement capability, as well as high resilience and flexibility.
