For our location in Dresden, a project/team assistance (w/m/d) is sought, which supports the internal departments commissioning, engineering and maintenance in the field of energy technology, in particular in the protection and switching systems control technology for medium-voltage and high-voltage systems.

Your IMPACT: Close cooperation with internal departments (commissioning, engineering and maintenance) + project teams in Dresden and Seligenstadt Planning and coordination of all project and service activities for employees in the departments Commissioning, Engineering and Maintenance Processing of all service activities using service-relevant programs (SAP) Completeness and accuracy, if necessary. clarification of uncertainties/differences to offer with the customer Create and maintain internal service order with all relevant data Edit order and master data information in service tools and keep up to date Booking preparation, booking and accounting of the service activities clarification of booking posts with accounting Ordering office supplies Organisational topics for the respective areas
