IT Service Specialist Technical Operations (m/f/d)

Control, coordination and analysis of faults: You take over the organization and independent control of cross-system fault messages and tickets. You evaluate the impacts, prioritise measures, coordinate specialist areas and ensure a structured and timely recovery of the control operation, while the processing progress is being pursued continuously. 1st level support for the control center: As a technical point of contact, you can support the control center in case of malfunctions. You provide qualified 1st level support, analyze problems, give quick help and guide themes to the respective system managers. Due to the regular presence in the operational control center, you will ensure close cooperation, short coordination paths and a fast reaction capability in operational operation. Test, integration and operation of specific systems: You support the testing and integration of specific systems and thus contribute to quality improvement. You operate and monitor these systems and ensure their stable integration into the existing IT infrastructure. Administration of specific applications: Your tasks include the administration and care of selected applications. You perform updates as well as configuration adjustments and coordinate technical adjustments if necessary. Ready to call: You take part in the willingness to call and, together with the team, make sure that a quick response to critical disturbances is guaranteed even outside the regular operating times.

You have a completed IT training (e.g. specialist informatics, IT system electronics / businessman) or comparable qualification. Experience in IT support, incident or problem management (e.g. according to ITIL) can be demonstrated and ideally owns the ITIL 4 Foundation certification. You bring knowledge of network technologies and the analysis and elimination of network disorders - perhaps even from the environment of the PNV and the control center systems. You have a safe handling of ticket and monitoring systems. Even under time pressure, you meet sound decisions and set priorities. You have a pronounced communication capability and a safe occurrence in coordination with various stakeholders.
