Your tasks: independent programming and operation of our AXA milling machines Type VSC50-4000, VSC 50-7000XTS or VSC3-2600XTS in 3-axis Selection and installation of the necessary tools aligning and clamping the various components Spanning machining of high wear resistant steels up to 500HB Production of individual parts and series as well as time-to-time provision of all milling components Optimization of production processes Verification of the manufactured workpieces with common measuring and testing means Monitoring production to ensure smooth processes Monitoring and maintenance of machines

Complete vocational training and several years of professional experience Safe handling of the Heidenhain control (TNC 430, 530 and 640) Work according to technical drawings Greenliness and cost-conscious work Team skills, readiness, sense of order Your own claim and pride for good results Crane license and stapler certificate (no condition) Good German knowledge
