Your tasks

• You guide your team in the field of maintenance or Restoration
• You transfer natural and concrete stone plasters
• You build fences, carports and terraces
• You take Earthmovement work
• You carry out small repair work in our residential areas
• You work with modern construction equipment and machines
• You are responsible for implementing the requirements of the building manager in your team
• In the cold season you help with the winter service

Your profile

• You have completed a training in gardening and landscape construction or a similar structure
• You bring professional experience in gala construction, civil engineering, road construction or similar activities
• You have a class B or BE / class 3 / C1E licence
• Ideally you have already led a small team
• You like to work in the team and value a careful and quality-oriented way of working
