Your everyday work includes:

• Heading & Coordination: You take the lead of a housing facility for people with disabilities. In doing so, you coordinate everyday life, ensure that the individual needs of the inhabitants are taken into account.
• Personal Responsibility, Leadership & Communication: You are a contact person for residents, relatives and employees, promote an open and trusting communication and contribute to the positive atmosphere in the institution. You motivate, promote & support the employees.
• Economic responsibility: You keep an overview of the financial resources of the department for efficient use of resources.
• Design options: Based on the furnishing concept, you design the housing offer & place value on participation & individual development processes.
• Interdisciplinary work: You work closely with other professionals, bodies & working groups to ensure the best possible support.
• Quality Assurance & Development: You continuously review the quality of housing offers & implements measures to improve.

This is what distinguishes you:

• Complete studies in social and health care (e.g. social management, social education, social work, care, childhood education)
• Professional experience required in integration aid - ideally with management experience
• Compliance with the aptitude requirements for management forces pursuant to §9 SbStG-DVO
• Basic knowledge of business management
• Professional and social competence and enforcement
• Enthusiasm for participation and development processes
• Communication strength and organizational skills
• Experience in leadership and development of teams
