To strengthen our team, we are looking for talents as well as experienced specialists who work on a future-oriented and independent basis. For our location in Unterschleißheim near Munich or Frankfurt am Main we are looking for one Senior Corporate Actions Manager (m/w/d)

You monitor the dates of different capital measures across different asset classes and ensure the proper implementation of the associated booking and processing processes for own and customer stocks. Your duties include the regulation of capital measures and the execution of the resulting money and securities movements. In addition, you maintain and optimize technical tools and interfaces, such as data feeds and reports, and thus contribute to the continuous development of the processes. You create meaningful evaluations and reporting, develop them continuously and use Excel, databases or BI tools for this purpose. Compliance with internal requirements as well as regulatory requirements can be reliably ensured as part of your daily work.

You have completed commercial training in banking, a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the settlement of capital measures – preferably in a technically shaped environment. A pronounced affinity for digital processes, data analysis and automation topics is what distinguishes you. The safe handling of Excel is of course for you. Knowledge of how to use databases, SQL or reporting BI tools (e.g. Power BI) are advantageous. You convince by an analytical ability, a high number affinity and a structured and careful way of working. Very good German and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
