Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Reporting and reporting of tax reports (e.g. USt pre-registrations) Contact persons for external auditors, in particular in the context of audits according to § 28p SGB IV Responsibility for managing and monitoring payment transactions Coordination of all accounting issues, including the consolidation of complex business incidents and accounting assessments Support for investment accounting Monitoring, analysis and coordination of open positions Participation in the optimization and further development of internal financial and accounting processes Creation of meaningful business evaluations and reports

Successfully completed commercial training or business studies with a focus on financial and accounting, ideally with further training to the account holder (IHK) Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting preferably in a manufacturing company knowledge of creditor and debitor accounting and accounting according to HGB; IFRS identifiers are advantageous Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel Understanding complex value creation processes Structured, independent and precise operation Teamability as well as strong numerical understanding
