You take over the professional leadership, development and promotion of our team in the areas of social media & influencer marketing, paid media, B2C Website & Webshop, email marketing and PR & Communication and create the conditions for successful cooperation. Together with the marketing team, you develop our marketing strategy, plan cross-channel measures and control their success using relevant KPIs. You are responsible for the performance of our marketing activities – from transparent tracking, data-based analysis to continuous optimization of channels, measures and customer journeys. You tax the marketing budget, evaluate the effectiveness of investments and ensure efficient and targeted use of resources with a view to sustainable growth and ROI (Return On Investment). You develop lead generation measures, plan topics and campaigns together with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth implementation. You actively promote the development of processes, structures and working methods, using innovative technologies and AI to increase efficiency and scalability. As a representative of Head of Marketing (m/w/d), you take additional responsibility, conduct cross-departmental votes and meetings and support the strategic development of marketing. You conduct employee and development talks, plan training together with HR and the marketing management, and also support your team operationally when it comes to it.

You bring a completed degree in marketing, media or communication or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in digital marketing as well as detectable experience in leadership and development of teams. Digital media formats and communication solutions will delight you. You know the requirements of modern channels such as social media, audio, video and content marketing and understand how to successfully implement targeted content and contact strategies. You are sure to work with relevant marketing, project management, ERP and creative tools and communicate safely in German and English. You think data-based, analytical and strategic, but never lose sight of creative solutions, user needs and effective communication. You take responsibility, set clear priorities and control teams, budgets, KPIs and projects with a high initiative, transparency and reliability.
