HR Generalist - Recruiting / Onboarding / Administration (m/w/d)

You take care of the entire employee life cycle, from recruiting and onboarding, to HR administration and offboarding You are a trusted contact person for our employees and executives and advises on all personal questions You are the first contact person:in our external pay offices and make sure that the payroll is correctly and on time You like to take care of our junior staff and coordinate this together with our instructors: You bring fresh ideas and you like to work on projects that you take independently

You have a completed degree with reference to personnel topics or a completed commercial training You have at least 3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an international company You work structured and independent, you can flexibly adjust to new situations and work solution-oriented You are trustworthy, like to go to people and are able to establish relationships with contact persons:in different hierarchical levels You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and English
