The position is limited to one year in the context of a medical representation, but there is the option to take over.

Your activities: • Recording and concluding accounts, credit card breaks, cash movements and travel costs • Management of open items, payments and account management • Preparation and implementation of payment transactions • creditor reminders • Book banks

Your profile: • Commercial training, such as office clerk, tax specialist or similar occupations • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in the field of creditor accounting • Experience in dealing with a common ERP software, ideally ProAlpha • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as high IT affinity • Process-oriented and careful working, coupled with sense of responsibility and initiative • Embossed diplomatic skill, sensitivity and high reliability
