Capture and maintain customer orders in the ERP system ProAlpha Processing, recording and monitoring of payment plans and cost reports in the company and, where appropriate, in other clients Creating order confirmations, invoices and credits Requesting bank guarantees Monitor and, where appropriate, remind payment inputs Check and purchase order-relevant commercial and technical data from sales and customer side Execution of writing and administrative tasks

Relevant professional experience in order processing Secure application of MS Office programs and ERP systems Good English knowledge of word and writing
