Sales: As a staff consultant:in the Real Estate area you will get your own region, which you will expand, develop and drive Interface: As a central contact between customers: in real-state management, you are responsible for the entire switching process and pave the way to their dream job Applicant Management: In close cooperation with Recruiting, you identify qualified talents for real-state management positions, accompany them through the entire application process and assist them in finding their next professional challenge. Negotiations: With your negotiating skills, you conduct contract negotiations autonomously Mentoring: You share your expertise and experience as a mentor:in and share your knowledge and experience

You already have experience as a personal adviser: collected in the real estate or property & construction, don't give up as easily as your drive is your success A successfully completed study or completed training forms the solid foundation for your career Sales is your passion – you have already spoken convincingly before you could even walk You are familiar with the business area of personnel consulting! You have already demonstrated your skills and impress us with your outstanding KPIs
