In order to strengthen our team of e.discom Telekommunikation GmbH, we are looking for a team leader Controlling (m/w/d) at the Potsdam site at the earliest possible time.

Your tasks include the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, including guidance and motivation of the employees. You develop the employees, identify training needs and agree on training measures. The mediation, the departmental objectives derived from the company's objectives, as well as the control of measures to implement and control the goals, is also your responsibility. You have a successfully completed university degree (Master/ Diploma) or a comparable qualification. You can also provide comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of activity.
