As an AI coordinator (m/w/d), you are the central interface that translates our vision into reality and anchors innovative AI solutions throughout the company. You shape responsible AI use through clear standards, transparency and trust. What we want: You have a successfully completed computer science study or a comparable study. You have profound knowledge of the use of artificial intelligence and automation in business processes, ideally from a regulated environment such as the insurance industry. You ideally have experiences in the structured identification, assessment and prioritization of AI-use-cases from economic, technical and regulatory aspects. You are familiar with relevant regulatory and ethical requirements for AI (e.g. EU AI Act, GDPR, fairness, transparency, traceability) and have knowledge of modern IT architectures, in particular cloud-based platforms and API-based integration. You can control and familiarise yourself with proof-of-concepts, pilot projects or AI laboratories. You possess persuasion, negotiation skills, consulting skills, a high degree of analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working. You are open to change management and responsible for handling sensitive data.
