Trainer, Organizational Developer, Team Development (m/f/d)

With the construction of our new damage site in Erfurt, we shape the future of damage regulation in the HUK-COBURG Service GmbH. From the end of 2026, a new, modern location is created there step by step with the aim of building a powerful, flexible unit. We are looking for an experienced trainer, team - & organization developer who would like to accompany our executives and employees on this path and to help shape the location from the start with “Greenfield-Spirit”.

We are looking for you as: Team & Organisation Developer, Trainer (m/w/d) in Erfurt in parttime with 20 hours a week. We also like to work in parallel with your self-employment or freelance activity.

Organisational development Together with the leadership team and staff, you build the new Erfurt site and the appropriate structures, processes and collaboration formats.

Develop and implement suitable communication and co-design formats together with our operational team

You support our location management and the operational area in the planning, control and implementation of projects for the development of the organization, our employees and executives

Team Development & Training You know how to quickly integrate new colleagues and create targeted onboarding formats that transport our target culture

You understand as a change agent and have a sense of mood in the teams

You moderate teamworkshops and agiers where suitable, as a mediator and/or coach

You design trainings and perform these independently or in tandem with business representatives or HR

Management You accompany new and more experienced leaders in daily doing through appropriate tools and development measures in the management and development of their teams

You design and moderate executive training and workshops

You bring our leadership team to the next level through coaching on the job and thereby actively promote a uniform leadership approach

Ideally, you bring many years of experience in the management and development of organizations and teams, as well as a well-founded training as a trainer and/or organisational development.

Extensive experiences as leadership, trainer and/or coach are desirable, also in start-up situations and the insurance environment

You use your extensive method kit in the field of training, team and organizational development flexibly and effectively

You are familiar with agile approaches in organizational development and have already successfully implemented these in organizations several times

You know how to use co-creation in organizations meaningfully and what framework it needs for it

You use feedback and best practice sharing as essential elements for common learning and development

You are fast and well-founded in conception and pragmatic and consistent in implementation

You are flexible and have an affinity for changes – in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment you feel at home

It's easy for you to process information, keep multiple balls in the air at the same time and catch them safely at the right time

You are strong in the cause and close to people

Numbers and fact-based analysis and empathy for people are not a contradiction with you, but belong together
