Strategic responsibility for the development and construction of the central costing function Ensuring a standardized, transparent and efficient calculation methodology across all projects Definition and enforcement of governance structures for cost calculation Ensuring cross-departmental coordination and resource management within the costing teams Building and further development of a central costing team with clear roles and responsibilities Promoting a continuous improvement process to optimize costing accuracy and efficiency Close cooperation with the management, sales and controlling of projects Promoting knowledge transfer, rotation and competence development within the calculation function Professional and disciplinary leadership of 20-30 employees

We have successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, business management or comparable qualifications. You have comprehensive experience in cost calculation and financial management of projects. They have a deep understanding of target cost management, pricing and risk assessment as well as for costing and cost management with a focus on defence, marine or shipbuilding. A strong leadership and communication skills for controlling interdisciplinary teams. Working in a project matrix organization is familiar to them, in particular dealing with conflicts of objectives between project and line. Ideally, you have experience in the implementation and control of costing processes and methods. They convince your environment by high self-initiative and willingness to change to further develop the costing function.
