Head of Online Auctions (m/f/d)

You take the strategic and operational responsibility for our independent department Online Auctions and continuously develop our auction product You run the auction team professionally and disciplined You are responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of online auctions and continuously optimize the underlying processes You win new dealers and enter existing partners to expand our international auction business sustainably You are responsible for the relevant auction KPIs and regularly report to the management You work closely with other departments and the C level

You have a degree in the field of economics, engineering, humanities, etc. with (very) good grades You have several years of professional experience in consulting, sales, business & corporate development and/or platform business You have already gained first experience in the disciplinary leadership of employees/teams You burn for digital business models & strive for a successful career in the IT environment You have entrepreneurial expertise, an analytical mindset & convince with your hand on mentality You have excellent German and English knowledge in Word & Writing
