To strengthen our team we are looking for you as a full-time Digital Solutions & AI Automation Specialist (m/w/d)

In this role, you work close to the specialist areas, connect business requirements with technological solutions and drive automation and digitization visibly. Your ideas do not remain in the concept – You change everyday work Your core tasks include: Conception, implementation and continuous development of ERP and CRM systems, in particular based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Structure, integration and optimization of data architectures in Microsoft Fabric, including dataflows, pipelines and sheethouse structures Development and support of low-code/no-code solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Ensuring consistent, reliable and performant data integration between ERP, CRM, AI and analysis platforms Analysis, optimization and automation of business processes with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability and quality

Completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, IT or a comparable qualification Very good understanding of business processes and their digitalization Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and modern data platforms Strong analytical and conceptual skills, especially in process analysis Interest and first practical experience in using AI systems, agents and automation solutions programming or scripting skills of advantage, e.g.: working with Visual Studio Code; Basics in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, AL or similar technologies High readiness for innovation, initiative and structured working Very good German and good English skills
