You carry out technical monitoring / maintenance and troubleshooting incl. repair and modernization work. You are responsible for the collection of offers and the creation of proposals under the framework conditions. You organize and carry out transfers within the district directorate itself or together with external companies. This also includes the provision of the opening of sessions. So you're packing yourself! You order and manage consumables and execute billing and control. You work constructively, in partnership and trustingly with colleagues. You design and maintain the outdoor facilities of the AOK district directorate with all green areas. Use hand-held and motor-driven work equipment and equipment for road cleaning and winter service. You maintain buildings including parking spaces, take care of maintenance and organize them. You carry out inspections, prepare meeting and seminar rooms and take over other activities to entertain the building.

You have completed craft or technical training or have a comparable qualification (e.g. object management in a cleaning company) and ideally have basic commercial skills. Ideally, you will bring experience in the technical service. You have knowledge of MS Office products, especially in Word, Excel and Outlook. A driving licence of class III or B is provided. You are able to communicate and physically load. Flexible and independent work you are used to. You have customer and service-oriented behavior.
