In this leadership role in the subway section, you can use your team to ensure the right conditions for smooth operation. You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and make sure everyone pulls in one line. You develop solutions for operational space requirements. In HOCHBAHN construction projects, you represent the perspective of underground operation and actively contribute to planning and implementation. With your team, you organize the passenger information and guidance for events and construction measures. Your team supplies the subway employees with the work material from “A like workwear” to “Z like train keys”.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of civil engineering and bring valuable experiences from construction projects. As a leader, you understand motivating and supporting your team. Your empirical and solution-oriented approach creates a strong team dynamic. You bring the necessary persuasive power to inspire and advance the team even in occasional night jobs.
