Checkout and customer service salesperson (m/f/d)

famila northeast is an expansive, dynamic retail company and belongs to the owner-managed Bartels-Langness group based in Kiel. famila operates over 80 warehouses in northern Germany and employs over 7,000 employees, including 500 trainees.

Your duties

• You are our face to the customer, advise them individually, give tips and help our customers to make a nice shopping experience possible

• The handling of all systems at famila, in particular the cash register system, as well as the postpoint is also one of your activities

• You will take care of our lottery station

• Promotions and second placements are designed by you

• You will also be able to handle returns and copies by the goods management system

• You are responsible for creating a need-oriented pause planning

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training

• In addition, you have already gained professional experience in cash and customer service

• Good knowledge of goods can be acquired in your previous activities

• You have a high sense of responsibility and are a real team player

• They show great enthusiasm for dealing with the customer in the direct sales talk
