You enter the proxy systems of SkyHigh Security & Zscaler and checkpoint & Fortinet firewall systems. You support the checkpoint & fortinet environment during operation. Daily ticket processing in the ITSM tool is of course yours. You are working on incidents, changes and problems related to the systems responsible. You will cover the defined service times together with your team. After incorporation, you are part of the call readiness in the weekly change. Documentation of your tasks and cooperation in projects are also part of your everyday life.
You have a completed computer science study, an IT training or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience. You bring experience in one or more of these firewall systems. Certifications in Checkpoint, Fortinet or Tufin would be advantageous. A pronounced service and customer orientation is what distinguishes you. You master German fluent (C1/C2) and have good English skills.
