As a project controller, you play a key role in the planning, control and successful implementation of existing construction projects. Keep an overview of all performance phases and represent the interests of the client. You control and monitor the entire progress of construction in terms of dates, costs and quality standards. The coordination of all project participants and the implementation and participation in regular construction meetings are also part of your responsibility. You participate in the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services and are responsible for the follow-up management. As an impulse provider, you integrate innovative approaches in the areas of sustainability and digitalization, including the implementation of BIM processes.

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline Long-standing professional experience in controlling large-scale construction projects, ideally in public areas Experience with building cost management systems, knowledge with BIM software are advantageous Good knowledge of German and English
